Carol-Ann Foulis is an organisational development (OD) practitioner, a facilitator/trainer and co-founder of various social development projects with 25+ years’ experience working in civil society. She works at the intersection of social, organisational and team development and change, with a view to supporting NGOs to have greater impact in reducing poverty and inequality in South Africa.
Her current practice includes a focus on organisational issues linked to strategy, leadership transition, programme development, resource mobilization and partnership building – as well as building facilitation skills within the sector.
In particular, Carol-Ann has an in-depth understanding of the donor environment, having spent over a decade working for a large South African philanthropic organisation. She has also worked extensively in the area of early childhood development.
