Sunjay has worked in the development sector for 20 years.
During this period he has gained extensive experience in the fields of project planning, development and management, administration, financial management, fundraising, monitoring and evaluation, and public sector reform.
He has assisted many NGOs in setting up monitoring and evaluation systems and has worked with the Logical Framework Approach to project planning with various NGOs, development agencies and government departments.
Sunjay has extensive work experience on the continent, including co-training an introduction to facilitation and OD, delivering footsteps’ Facilitator Development Programme, and working on a bilateral project between the governments of South Africa and South Sudan. The latter included developing a strategic plan for South Sudan’s Ministry of Human Resource Development.
