Based in Zimbabwe, Tsitsi is an independent development consultant and OD practitioner and trainer with more than 19 consecutive years of consulting experience.
She has worked with the public and private sectors as well as civil society organisations in Southern, East and West Africa, designing and facilitating customised processes that produce high quality results.
Tsitsi has extensive experience in OD, change management, institutional development, project cycle management, governance and leadership development, strategic planning and management, gender, HIV and rights-based programming and gender/gender mainstreaming and capacity development.
She has also facilitated numerous national, regional and international workshops using participatory methods. Her passion is to unlock the potential in others.
